Pricing: managed services
Give your team less busywork.
Korps builds and runs an AI team around a business process you already have. You keep the decisions; we keep the system working.
Set priorities, approve key actions and review results.
Design, connect, test, train and maintain the system.
How the engagement works
- A 90-day initial service engagement, then month-to-month. The first three months are the commitment; after that the service continues monthly.
- The commitment total is not an upfront payment request. It is the setup fee plus three months of service, shown so there is no surprise.
- Setup payment milestones are specified in the proposal.
- Monthly service starts at the agreed go-live.
- The proposal defines scope, workload, launch criteria, support terms and the additional AI budget. AI usage is billed separately against that budget.
- Additional development, integrations and expanded scope require a quote.
What the fee covers
A defined system built around your process, the people who keep it working, and a written record of what it did. Results depend on your process and your data, so no specific business outcome is guaranteed; development beyond the agreed scope is quoted, and support works to the terms the proposal states.
Questions
What counts as one business process?
A recurring piece of work with a clear start and end that the same people do the same way each time. Responding to inquiries, qualifying leads and booking appointments is one process; running a whole sales department is several, which is what Managed Team is for.
Who owns the tools and the AI accounts?
You do. Korps connects to accounts you hold and stores no model provider credential. AI usage is billed to the budget the proposal sets, and variable-cost services stay on your own accounts.
Do I pay the commitment total up front?
No. The total is shown so the first 90 days have no surprise. Setup is paid on the milestones the proposal names, and the monthly fee starts at the agreed go-live.
What happens after 90 days?
The service continues month-to-month at the same monthly fee. Expanded scope, new integrations or additional development are quoted separately.
What if my process needs more workflows or connections?
Tell us in the first conversation. The limits in each offering are what the fee covers; beyond them we quote, or we write a custom proposal.
Can I run this myself instead?
Yes. Self-service is the same product without the people: you build the agents, connect the tools and maintain the workflows. Self-service pricing.
Regulated or healthcare work?
Protected health information and government deployments need a requirements review before anything is processed. Separate infrastructure, isolation, agreements and controls are quoted on their own.
